Dream Network runs on one promise: when you book a session, the person on the other side of the screen is real, capable, and accountable. This page is the bar we hold, written down where everyone can see it.

Every advisor earns their place

  • Every application is reviewed personally. Not by a scoring script. A human reads it, checks the background materials, and decides.
  • The Verified mark means we checked identity and supporting materials before the profile went live.
  • We look for people who get specific. Vague war stories do not make it through. Advisors who can name the problems they solve do.
  • We say no. Declined applicants can reapply after 90 days, and a smaller, stronger directory beats a big shallow one.

What every advisor commits to

  • Show up on time, on camera, and prepared. Presence is the product.
  • Keep a real calendar. Open hours mean bookable hours.
  • Advise from experience, honestly scoped. Sessions are practical business conversations, not licensed professional services.
  • Keep payments on the platform. It is what protects both sides, including the advisor’s own payout.
  • Stand behind every session. Repeatedly cancelling on people is grounds for removal, for advisors and entrepreneurs alike.

What every entrepreneur can count on

  • Reviews are public. Every rating, not just the flattering ones. We ask reviewers to be honest and constructive, and we publish what they say.
  • The first session is guaranteed. If it was not useful, tell us within 24 hours and we credit it toward your next one.
  • Cancel more than 12 hours before a session for a full refund, automatically.
  • Sessions happen in private video rooms created for that booking. Your card details go to our payment processor, never to the advisor.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Money moves when sessions happen. Advisors are paid about 48 hours after a completed session, so everyone’s incentives point the same direction.
  • We monitor messaging for attempts to move payments off the platform, because the protections above only work on it.
  • We never sell your data. What we collect and why is written in plain language in our privacy policy.
  • When an advisor stops meeting this bar, they come off the directory. A standard that is never enforced is a slogan.
