Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dream Network collects, why, and what happens to it. The short version: we collect what’s needed to run a bookings marketplace, we don’t sell your data, and you can delete your account yourself.

What we collect

Account details — name, email, and (if you sign in with Google or LinkedIn) the basic profile those services share. Advisor applications — what you submit: bio, photo, rates, and optionally a resume and supporting materials. Bookings and payments — session details and payment records. Card numbers go directly to Stripe, our payment processor; we never see or store them. Messages and reviews — what you write on the platform. Messages are screened automatically for contact-info sharing and payment-circumvention attempts; flagged messages can be reviewed by our team. Session timing— when video calls start and end. We don’t record calls.

How it’s used

To run the service: matching, scheduling, payments and payouts, reminders and receipts by email, safety screening, and improving the product. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

Who sees it

Public advisor profiles show what advisors choose to publish (including their optional resume). Reviews appear with the first name and last initial you signed up with. Behind the scenes we rely on a small set of processors to operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Daily (video calls), Resend and Google Workspace (email). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences — no advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile anytime, hide an advisor profile from public view, and delete your account from your dashboard — which permanently removes your login, profile, messages, and uploaded files. Payment records required for accounting and fraud prevention are retained by Stripe per their policies. For anything else, email us.
