Terms of Service

Welcome to Dream Network. These terms govern your use of dreamnetwork.io — a marketplace where entrepreneurs (“clients”) book paid 1-on-1 video sessions with independent business advisors. By creating an account or booking a session, you agree to these terms.

1. What Dream Network is (and isn’t)

Dream Network is a platform that connects clients with independent advisors and handles scheduling, payments, video calls, and messaging. Advisors are not our employees, and we don’t control or guarantee the advice they give. Sessions are business conversations — not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, or other licensed professional advice, and no advisor-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship with Dream Network is created. Decisions you make based on a session are your own.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You’re responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, abuse other users, or attempt to defraud the platform. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard once any upcoming sessions have finished or been cancelled.

3. Advisors

Advisor profiles are reviewed before going live, and the “Verified” mark means we checked identity and background materials — it is not an endorsement of any specific advice. Advisors set their own rates and availability, and receive their share of each session fee through Stripe after the session completes. Advisors are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes.

4. Bookings and payments

Session prices are set by the advisor; a service fee is shown transparently at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your card details. Your payment is held and the advisor is paid only after the session takes place.

5. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel well ahead of a session for a full refund. Cancelling close to the start time (the exact window is shown when you cancel and at checkout) refunds part of the price, with the rest going to the advisor whose time was held. If an advisor cancels or doesn’t show up, you get a full refund.

6. First-session guarantee

If your first-ever completed session on Dream Network wasn’t useful, you may claim — within the window shown on your dashboard — a full credit of the session price toward any future booking. It’s a credit, not a cash refund; one per account, ever.

7. Conduct

Be professional. Don’t harass anyone, record sessions without consent, misrepresent who you are, or use the platform for anything unlawful. Don’t take transactions off-platform to avoid fees — that’s grounds for account removal. Messages may be screened automatically for safety.

8. Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. We may remove content that’s abusive, fraudulent, or violates someone’s privacy.

9. Liability

Dream Network provides the platform “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We’re not liable for decisions made based on advisor sessions or for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use Dream Network after changes take effect means you accept them.
